Work in partnership with individuals and small medium sized business to help and support both to optimise opportunities for neurodiverse people to find occupational opportunities.
If and where appropriate this may include assessment, both individual and organisation, training and consultancy.
Referral to one of our partnered app providers where the app is designed to support greater independence. An income maximisations and access to work referral or support in the applications process.
One or more of our assessments may provide supported information for this process and applications.

across a range of provisions. All workshops and short course are Institute of Training and Occupational Learning Approved.

Consultancy
We work with small to medium sized business to assess suitability of the job roles and environments for neurodiverse candidates including the environmental and working practices.
Identify any potential challenges to provide potential improvements to optimise the potential success of occupational talent from with within the neurodiverse community.
